Certificate
Once a record is found and you are satisfied that it is the relevant record, a certified copy may be ordered. Certified copies are required for legal purposes such as application for citizenship/passport/old age pension. Certified copies of records have the same information as photocopies of the records so there is no need for a certified copy of the record if you are using it only for family research.
